total area of Mimosa is 210 square metres. The house is
a family house with two en-suite bed rooms.

The Camping Ground
River Ray Estates’ Camping ground is one and a half
hectare of ocean land, shaded by Casuarinas, palms and
Poinciana facing the clean, golden sand.
There is a Cantina, with separate kitchen, offering over
100 square metres of space for youth’s activities, for
the use of indoor games, sing-along, reading, musical
plays or for weekend family get togethers.
The Cantina can also be used for private functions, to
serve meals for up to 100 people.
The rates for the rooms are USD 19.00 per night.
The Cantina can be rented at VND 200,000 per day (24
hours).
Entrance fee to the area is VND 20,000 and includes
fresh water, private W.C., shower and BBQ facilities.
